Outside of the major urban areas of Nadi and Suva, the best restaurants are to be found at resorts.
There are four basic types of cuisine in Fiji which include Fijian, European, Chinese, and Indian.
Fijian is similar to the rest of the South Pacific which includes fish, shellfish, breadfruit, cassava, pork,
beef, chicken, yams, rice, coconut milk, tropical fruits, taro leaves and ferns greens.
